報告人簡介：

李繼成，西安交通大學(xué)領(lǐng)軍學(xué)者、二級教授、博士生導(dǎo)師。國家高層次人才特殊支持計劃（萬人計劃）教學(xué)名師、陜西省高層次特支計劃領(lǐng)軍人才。（2013-2022）教育部高等學(xué)校大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)課程教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會秘書長，國家教材委員會數(shù)學(xué)學(xué)科專家委員會委員，高等學(xué)校大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)教學(xué)研究與發(fā)展中心主任，中國數(shù)學(xué)會數(shù)學(xué)教育分會副理事長，中國高教學(xué)會教育數(shù)學(xué)專委會副理事長，《大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)》期刊副主編，全國大學(xué)生數(shù)學(xué)建模競賽全國組委會委員。國家首批“大學(xué)數(shù)學(xué)系列課程群虛擬教研室”負責(zé)人，國家一流課程（高等數(shù)學(xué)）主持人。獲教學(xué)成果獎20余項，包括國家教學(xué)級教學(xué)成果二等獎（2項）、陜西省優(yōu)秀教學(xué)成果特等獎、一等獎、陜西省優(yōu)秀教材一等獎等。獲工作業(yè)績獎勵30余項，包括寶鋼全國優(yōu)秀教師獎，中國大學(xué)MOOC優(yōu)秀教師、新銳獎，王寬誠育才獎，西安交通大學(xué)教學(xué)杰出貢獻獎、教學(xué)成就卓越獎、學(xué)生最喜愛教師等。主編出版教材4部。主持完成國家級、省級教改項目30余項。主要從事數(shù)值代數(shù)及其應(yīng)用、矩陣理論在信息學(xué)科中的應(yīng)用(圖象識別、信息處理、文本檢索、數(shù)據(jù)恢復(fù)等)等方面的研究，主持完成國家自然科學(xué)研究基金面上項目3項，發(fā)表科研論文80余篇。

報告摘要：

Horizontal and vertical complementarity problems are generalizations of linear complementarity problems and have extensive applications in fields such as quadratic programming, American options, and fluid mechanics etc. . Research on the solvability and numerical solution algorithms of them has certain theoretical significance and practical value. This topic introduces the applications and current research trends of horizontal and vertical complementarity problems, analyzes the solvability of these two types of problems, and discusses the numerical solution algorithms for solving them as well as preconditioning techniques to accelerate algorithm convergence.
